Botanical FAQs + Delivery Info

How does it work?

All of our botanical items are made to order. This means we receive your order, head off to the flower market, source all of your preferred blooms and construct your arrangement as soon as possible.

When will my arrangement be delivered? 

All orders will be delivered the next day or any date there after (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Where can I send them?

All botanical items are limited to the Melbourne Region only.

Can I select the time of delivery?

You can select an AM or PM delivery for your order; however, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a specific time in the day. Please notify us of your morning or afternoon preference in the shipping notes.

What will it cost to deliver my arrangement?

Delivery fees vary depending on which suburb we are delivering to. All of our available delivery suburbs and fees can be found in the drop down menu on the product page, as you are completing your order.

What happens if the recipient isn’t at the address or I miss the delivery?

We will try our best to locate the recipient or leave your arrangement in a safe place, however, if our courier is not able to do this, your order will be returned to Chroma Studio and a re-delivery fee will apply for the same amount.

Please ensure you are as specific as possible with your delivery details and select an address where your arrangement can be either collected or left safely.
